Viirtue, a St. Petersburg telecommunications and artificial intelligence company, has relocated its headquarters to 360 Central Ave., known as First Central Tower. The company moved from 401 16th Street N., according to the St Pete Catalyst.
Viirtue develops telecommunications and AI-powered voice technology that other companies sell under their own brands. Co-founder and CEO Dan Rosenrauch said the company works with more than 600 reseller and channel partners.
The company was founded in 2017. It began in a small office on Martin Luther King Jr. Street with room for about six employees. Today it employs approximately 70 people.
The Florida angle
Viirtue is headquartered in St. Petersburg, and about 20 of its roughly 70 employees are in Florida. Rosenrauch said the new office will let the company bring employees and business partners together for training and other events.
The company expects additional hiring in 2027. Rosenrauch said Viirtue has deliberately avoided expanding its workforce too quickly.
The Catalyst also lists other technology companies that have put down roots in the city. Investment firm ARK Invest relocated its headquarters from New York in 2021. Online brokerage Webull relocated from New York in 2022. Canadian provider Oncore Cloud Services moved its U.S. headquarters from Atlanta to St. Petersburg in October 2025.
