Who we are
Florida Blockchain Business Association, Inc. (FBBA) runs this website: https://www.fbba.io/. Our mailing address is 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
Questions about this policy: contact@fbba.io.
What this site does not do
This site has no user accounts, no comments, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It does not set cookies of its own.
Contact form
If you use the form on the Contact Us page, we collect the first name, last name, email address and message that you type.
The site sends those four items as one email, through the email delivery service Resend, to FBBA staff. We use your email address to reply. The site does not save form messages in a database. Resend keeps a record of the emails it sends, under its own privacy policy.
The form also has a hidden field that people never see. It exists to catch automated spam. A submission that fills it in is not sent.
Newsletter sign-up
The Newsletter page shows a sign-up box for Crypto Flo that is loaded from beehiiv (embeds.beehiiv.com). If you subscribe, the email address you enter goes to beehiiv. It does not go to a database on this site.
Your browser connects to beehiiv when that box loads, so beehiiv receives your IP address and browser details. beehiiv handles subscriptions under its own privacy policy.
Fonts
The Inter font is served from this site. Your browser does not request fonts from Google or any other outside font service, so no font provider receives your IP address.
Maps and links to other sites
The mailing address on the Contact Us page links to Google Maps. Nothing loads from Google Maps unless you click that link.
Pages and news posts also link to other websites. Those sites follow their own privacy policies.
Images in older news posts
Some older news posts show images that are hosted on other sites, including Cointelegraph, CoinDesk, Substack, Politico and St. Pete Catalyst. When you open one of those posts, your browser requests the images from the other site, and that site receives your IP address and browser details.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel. When you load a page, Vercel receives your IP address, browser details and the address of the page you asked for. Vercel keeps request logs under its own privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the site changes, for example if we add analytics. The date at the top shows the last update.
