Zachary Kelman is Managing Partner of Kelman PLLC, a boutique New York based law firm specializing in cryptoasset and virtual asset related areas. Mr. Kelman has drafted federal legislation on virtual assets, as well as countries including the Phillippines, St. Lucia, and Barbados on their virtual asset regulatory regimes.
Kelman PLLC focuses on litigation, compliance and regulatory issues, as well as international law, and consists of experts in the changing legal landscape surrounding cryptoassets in the United States and around the world. Mr. Kelman has been operating in the virtual asset space since 2014, acting as an attorney and blockchain expert for Medici, the cryptoasset investment arm of Overstock.com, as well as for virtual asset exchanges Bitt.com and Coins.Ph.
He is a University of Michigan graduate, with honors, and formerly worked in the compliance departments at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.
